Additionally, she earned a master's degree in Theater. Contractor was offered the leading part in Pericles after a one-year stint at University. She was a part of the audition for the role at Stratford Shakespeare Festival (Ontario Canada) and received. Her performance received rave reviews. her performances on the stage in 92 productions. the play was voted"the best show of 2002" by Canadian reviewers in 2002. Contractor accepted the offer to join Stratford's Conservatory. The Conservatory has only 8 men and four females are admitted for a 20-week intensive course of classical theater. Contractor received a guaranteed place for the next season and was given the part of Hermia.
